Acid products like carbonic acid increase the conductivity in boiler plants and cause corrosion and deposits. As well it can be built foams and coatings, which must be kept as low as possible for efficient boiler operation. Therefore, continous monitoring of organic pollutant is essential for an economical and safe operation.

LAR’s QuickTOCcondensate is the ultimate online TOC analyser for the determination of total organic carbon (TOC) for steam and condensates.

The catalyst-free ceramic oven is the centrepiece of the QuickTOCcondensate. At 1,200°C, it reliably dissolves all carbon bonds and thus enables a complete analysis of samples. Despite the high temperatures used, absolute safety is guaranteed in all settings. For this end, the QuickTOCcondensate can be delivered with a number of different housings, depending on the intended location. That way the analyser itself can be safely at high corrosive places as well as in Ex-Zones.

The TRUE TOC measurement takes place in less than 3 minutes. The TRUE TC you even get in a minute. The TC is particulary advantageous if a high proportion of the TIC is present, which is hereby considered.

This speed guarantees that very short peaks can be determined very well during a daily cycle. The analyser’s availability is over 98%.

Calibration and validation. Ready at any time.

LAR offers with the patented calibration and validation technique QuickCalibration the opportunity to check automaticly and remotely the analyser at any time. In contrast to the use of liquid standards, that must be produced or purchased expensively, our unique method uses a defined gas. Such a test gas is stable for a long time and is ideal for automatic calibrations without personnel on site. So you can prove fast whether your analyser measures correct.

The loop injection. For clean sample dosage.

The sample is injected into the furnace via an injection loop. Moreover, this loop defines simultaneously the sample volume. The loop system ensures that the sample is 100% closed against ambient air. Even the smallest impurities are excluded. The sample can be analyzed correctly in the lowest ppb range.

Contamination of test equipment in the loop system is technically impossible.
